Don't live here!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   This place is a mess. The management is horrible. Anthony seems to be pushed around by the seemingly nice Toni (who in actuality is not nice at all). They are always really backed up, and no one is ever in the office during open hours. They charge way too much for rent and parking... it's at the edge of Belltown far from downtown and Pike Place, they don't keep the place clean, it always smells, the security cameras don't record anything (they're only on during office hours), the doors to each floor in the stairwell are unlocked when they should be locked 24/7, the garbage and recycling is always backed up... I could go on forever. Basically, don't waste your time here. It's definitely not worth it.
