At first glance, the place is fairly decent. The exterior is nice and the lobby is alright until you notice everything glued down and all the furniture is old and tacky. The leasing staff are a bunch of morons who are fake and never available. The only way to get to the urine soaked racket ball court is to walked down some rickety steps that smell like a homeless shelter. The doorways to the garage always smell like dog and human pee and poop. The walls are paperthin and neighbors complain if you walked too loud. Don't forget the intercom that has never worked or the scary stairwell that only goes out to the street. However, I will give props to the cute couple who clean in the morning and the excellent maintence staff. There are many better places. Look elsewhere before you settle.
