good and great From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The problem with this building is not building in itself, but the management. The building is a new, well built place with a gym, secured parking and nice apartments, the problem, is that it is rapidly going down hill as the management works at the speedy pace of turtles. The maintenance staff is awesome, they will help you out tremendously, but when it comes to the office, make copies of all your paperwork, and document the things they say. If you have patience with people, go for it, because the building and the tenants are great, it's the staff you have to watch out for.
