Yo!

RUN AWAY FROM HERE!!!!

i've lived here for eight months now in two different apartments within the building. the first building the toilet water pipes broke in the middle of the night flooding my apartment as well as the one below me, they said they'd fix it.... almost a WEEK later. what was i supposed to do' they also charged me an outrageous amount due to "water damage" fix you apartments and there wouldn't be water damage.
so i move upstairs to a different apartment and later find out that the wiring had all fried within the walls in my downstairs apartment, glad i moved out when i did.
the maintenance man, though he is extremely nice and seems to be the only nice hospitable person in the complex, doesn't always get around to fixing things in time, but i think its the poor managements fault. Toni knows absolutely nothing about running an office and dresses soooo unprofessionally with her D tits hanging out of every shirt she seems to own. Anthony is dumber than a highschool dropout. no one EVER answers the office phone yet you can go right down there and there's three people in the office listening to the phone ring. the elevators disgusting with vomit and dog feces in it, the lights in the elevator are never on, how comforting that is!
the garage door openers hardly work, the intercom system doesn't work, the washers and dryers are all broken, there's never any hot water. the North building smells like incense and reefer. and they charge 250 a month for parking in a dimly lit, dirty, trash filled, small parking space garage. rent is rediculously high for living a slum like this one. the gym equipment all has something wrong with it, the hot tub isn't even HOT. the pool is about 2 feet deep and 4 feet wide, i've seen baby pools bigger. I absolutely HATE this place! they loose all your paper work don't keep track of any conversations you have about maintenance etc and i know for a fact that there are at least 20 apartments vacant in the north building, they leave the blinds open and you can see them completely empty. talking with other tenants who live here they're either in the process of moving out or would rather break their lease agreement than stay. the place should be torn down and turned into something better.
