I work here at 2900 on First, and there are a few things that I would like to point out. There was a complaint about the steel plates in the alley. They have been removed for a while now. The compactor isn't turned on until after 8:00 am because that is when the maintenance staff gets here. We do have the right to show apartments before you move out, but I do, by law, have to post a 48 hour notice on your door. We also let you know about that in your lease. When you move out, we only charge you for the work that we have to do in your apartment, above normal wear and tear. We have three elevators, and if they break down, we fix them. We also have an Elevator Maintenance Company that does routine maintenance every month on our elevators.
I hope that this answers some questions that you might have about this community.
I will check back and answer anything else that you need.

Actually I just moved out and Im not angry or bitter, but the Elevator lights were always going out. Also, if you use any key to the doors on the outside building they can be opened. Wait till you move out of the building and no matter what you will owe them money.

LOL, indeed. Do you have any idea how completely full of shite you come across? I'm sure you meant "knowledgeable," a descriptive term that in no way applies to Toni, certainly one of the dumbest and most useless 'managers' ever to let her floppy meatsacks hang out. I'm surprised she was able to retain the knowledge necessary to successfully complete the ------- that landed her this position.
