1) The day I showed up to pick up my keys, moving van rented and all, the leasing agent Anthony P. never showed up. I stood outside in the cold in December waiting FOREVER. Left vm's no one ever followed up.
2)First night there, no hot water. Had a very cold shower before work in December.
3)HOT water and cold water was switched on my washing machine so the hot water shrunk my clothes.
4)unsafe and loud.
5) Showed the apt. to potential renters before I had even completely moved out. Found this out after I got back from Vacation.
6) Refused to give me my deposit back even though I was nickle and dimed for things that weren't true and couldn't be proved.
7) very unsafe. All the outside doors can be opened by any key.
8) elevator never works.
Toni Hahn the manager is unresposive to your needs, never ever returns phone calls. Anthony makes many promises he doesn't keep.
The property is not well kept and smells like wet dog all the time. It is incredibly loud and terribly hot in the summer. 10 thumbs down for this dump.
