The office staff is strict on things. The prices are a high, even for the area. Parking is decent, but they are small spots. The garage door openers dont work unless you are inches from the garage door. Yes the could work on a few areas that seem to be unclean a lot of the time. But most of them would be if the tenents had a little care for the place they live. As to my appt, It was not as clean when I moved in as it should have been. It was not by any means detailed, but it was clean. But not as clean as it should have been, stuff under the dryer, lint and dirt on fan and in cabinates. But the courtyard is nice, the building is secure, if all your windows are closed its quiet, the walls are not thin I hardly ever hear anything from either neighbor. I feel safe and it does seem secure. Anything broken or needing fixed in my appt is usualy delt with within a few days. The intercoms do work a little, not well. The view can be nice if you get the right apartment. They allow dogs. The biggest issue for me is the fire alarm testing they seem to do every other month or the alarm going off by accident every other month. The apartments are spacious. The office staff are nice but strict. It is downtown so you will have street noise if you leave your windows open but not a lot of loud people like farther into belltown. It is far enough away from main hang outs you dont have to many drunk loud people at 3 am. All in all it is a nice place but not really worth the price after you include parking and "pet rent". I am in a 1 bed 1 bath- at about 1220 a month with one car, and if I want to sign a new lease it will go up another hundred or so a month.
