You would think a management company would be most motivated and most on its game when it is attempting to charm you into signing on the dotted line. However, after getting stood up twice by its leasing agents, I have to wonder what business model this company is operating under--creating artificial scarcity and thus buzz' I haven't got a clue. It was a nice day for a walk anyway. I can only surmise that I dodged a bullet since a company that can't be bothered to attempt to take my money will almost certainly not stir itself to remedy any issues that might later arise with any alacrity.

Your experience is interesting, because at the same time they were ignoring you, they were trying to charge me rent because they were "unable to lease my unit" after I moved out.
