I lived here but moved b/c I needed a bigger place. Overall I had a good experience. Location is awesome...close to Seattle Center, shopping, dining, waterfront. I wish I had known about the construction behind the building before signing my contract and that they had given me the so promised copy of my lease. The mgmt staff and maintenance staff are very nice. Anytime I had a problem in my unit, they would come either that same day or the next to check it out. They pick up your mail (large packages that don't fit in your mailbox) and sometimes even deliver it to your door. This is not a place for everyone. The building is not brand new so expect some things to break - but don't get me wrong it's not falling apart. Also, be ready to have some street noise if you plan to have your windows open all the time. I put an A/C unit and kept the windows closed most of the time, that kept me cool in the warmer months and blocked some of the noise away.
