The building is old so if you expect central heat and air then don't move here. Don't Rent from University Housing, LCC - Campus Heights and other apartments listed on www.uwhousing.net are the same. We lived in Adams Court. We signed a 1 year contract with the original of the Adams Court building and during our contract it was sold to University Housing. They do a lot of remodeling and we did not get to use the porch.
