Great Price For The Location! - I've been looking all over Capitol Hill for decent apartment but within my price range (in this horrible economy). Fortunately, I found what worked for me at Harvard House and couldn't have found a better deal! Remember, location, location, location. ...Full review of Harvard House Apartments

No Sound Barrier Between Floors - At a normal speaking volume I hear downstairs neighbors' conversations. Upstairs neighbors have no regard for anyone when it comes to scraping chairs across the floor, pacing back and forth like horses with OCD and playing music with loud bass. There's no sound barrier to the outside either as old windows have quarter-inch gaps I reported at move-in but were never fixed. The place ...Full review of Kimberly

Good to go - I just recently moved into the building and It's great. There are some noises I hear from the neighbors but nothing more than other apartments. The views are great, the people are extremely nice ( the whole building). The managers are very helpful. As for the space, it's a little small but very easy to use. My boyfriend and I live in the apartment comfortably. Our king size bed ...Full review of Quintessa Apartments

Nice view, rude manager - I lived here for about a year in a half. I had an awesome view, but the manager was extremely rude and had a big attitude problem. Over the summer, the power stopped working in my kitchen. I could not use my fridge or my stove, and it took them over a month to fix it. The building itself is nice - all concrete, pretty sound proof. my unit had wood trim. The freeway was pretty ...Full review of Olive Tower Apartments

The worst place I've ever lived. - I lived at the Maximillian in 1996. I could only stand it for 8 months, before I moved. The cockroaches were awful, literally everywhere...I found a queen roach crawling into my silverware drawer one morning. When I would come home from work, there would be dead roaches littering the floor. They could be heard at night inside the walls...it was really bad. The walls were ...Full review of Maxmillian

Don't expect your "deposit" back - In addition to your move-in fee, this building will not return your deposit. To wit:

$110 carpet-cleaning fee
$250 lease-break fee (even though I had a substitute take over my lease with 0 unrented days.)

on top of the $200 move-in fee (which paid for what? not cleaning the carpets) ...Full review of First And Republican

Luxury Living - Cedar Pointe of Seattle was purchased by Pacific NW Property Mgmt. The units were gutted and the entire interior has been remodeled. It is a beautiful place. My wife and I purchased our condo in October 2007 and have no regrets. From our front windows we have a view of the resevoir and Mt. Rainier. for the price and convenience I couldn't ask for anything better inside Seattle city ...Full review of Cedar Pointe Apartments

terrible management - i livid in Hillcourt apartments in 2008 for a year. while the apartment itself was in good condition, hallways were terrible, paint worn off, carpets stained to hell, reminded me a cheap motel. Was good, now very bad! - I moved out of the chasselton not too long ago, a couple of reasons. First of all is the new managment. They are TERRIBLE! Leeann is the best person you will ever meet, but the new people, Yvonne and her hubby are awful and rude. When I moved in to the chasselton, Glen was the manager, and he was there until recently. He was always friendly, talkative, and if you ...Full review of Chasselton Court Apartments
