Glad to see new management - Just moved into a one-bedroom at this complex. There is a new onsite building manager who has been a nice addition. He jumped on the two work orders I turned in and the one night I had a neighbor who was noisy he went up at 1 in the morning to deal with them and then posted a note to everyone about our "House Rules" making note of the quiet hours. ...Full review of Broadway Apartments

terrible management - i livid in Hillcourt apartments in 2008 for a year. while the apartment itself was in good condition, hallways were terrible, paint worn off, carpets stained to hell, reminded me a cheap motel. Now to the management. it is manged by this guy named Vincent, who has the worst skills in human interaction. you could never reach the guy if you needed help, and when you finally ...Full review of Hillcourt Apartments

Was good, now very bad! - I moved out of the chasselton not too long ago, a couple of reasons. First of all is the new managment. They are TERRIBLE! Leeann is the best person you will ever meet, but the new people, Yvonne and her hubby are awful and rude. When I moved in to the chasselton, Glen was the manager, and he was there until recently. He was always friendly, talkative, and if you ...Full review of Chasselton Court Apartments

Don't bother unless you like corporate slumlords... - The apartments given the impression that they care about their tenants. Soon after you move in you realize that management changes frequently and they charge way too much for what you get. You end up paying a very high water bill (that includes paying for the pool and sprinklers). They always raise your rent when your lease is up and yet they have nothing to show for why they always raise the ...Full review of Avenues Apartments

Hot Shower? - Well I have been here for about 6 months...taking a shower especially during the colder months can be tricky....if your neighbors near you are already taking a shower then you will have maybe warm water. I'm not sure but if someone uses the washing machine downstairs then the water pressure becomes very poor....really if your neighbors are using the shower the pressure is not great! You can ...Full review of Carlton Aparments

Current Resident, Fairly pleased. - I've lived here at the Qualman Apartments for about 9 months now, and i will probably renew my lease when the time comes to do so. I read the other review of this place, and found it to be quite outdated, so i thought i would leave my input on the current status. Its seems as though the repairs that the previous review mentioned (the ones that were "supposably in the ...Full review of Qualman Apartments

A reasonable value - I have lived here for four years and the property has gotten a lot better. The new owner took over in 2006 and has spent a lot of money fixing the property up - it is better than other similar cost apartments I have seen. I am posting only because I thought the other posts were less than fair. I have friends that rent at other complexes and their experience is far worse than mine. Overall I think ...Full review of Heather Stone Park

Satisfied Customer - I have been living here for a while and find the apartment to be just fine. While there are some problems, I have to say that the ones mentioned thus far are far exagerated. The noise mainly comes from other people who go through the McDonalds across the street. There are many friendly people who live in the apartment and it is very easy to develop friendships and mutual respect for each ...Full review of Avalon Apartments

Not that bad - The other person who wrote a review before is rude and based on their comments, is the actual redneck. Personally, the location is really great if you're looking to be around the fun and exciting Capitol Hill area. I have hardly noticed the sirens in my few months of living here and even though it is noisy, if you're used to the city-sound, it shouldn't be a problem. ...Full review of Pine Street Apartments
