Don't bother unless you like corporate slumlords... - The apartments given the impression that they care about their tenants. Soon after you move in you realize that management changes frequently and they charge way too much for what you get. You end up paying a very high water bill (that includes paying for the pool and sprinklers). They always raise your rent when your lease is up and yet they have nothing to show for why they always raise the ...Full review of Avenues Apartments

Hot Shower? - Well I have been here for about 6 months...taking a shower especially during the colder months can be tricky....if your neighbors near you are already taking a shower then you will have maybe warm water. I'm not sure but if someone uses the washing machine downstairs then the water pressure becomes very poor....really if your neighbors are using the shower the pressure is not great! You can ...Full review of Carlton Aparments

Current Resident, Fairly pleased. - I've lived here at the Qualman Apartments for about 9 months now, and i will probably renew my lease when the time comes to do so. I read the other review of this place, and found it to be quite outdated, so i thought i would leave my input on the current status. Its seems as though the repairs that the previous review mentioned (the ones that were "supposably in the ...Full review of Qualman Apartments

A reasonable value - I have lived here for four years and the property has gotten a lot better. The new owner took over in 2006 and has spent a lot of money fixing the property up - it is better than other similar cost apartments I have seen. I am posting only because I thought the other posts were less than fair. I have friends that rent at other complexes and their experience is far worse than mine. Overall I think ...Full review of Heather Stone Park

Satisfied Customer - I have been living here for a while and find the apartment to be just fine. While there are some problems, I have to say that the ones mentioned thus far are far exagerated. The noise mainly comes from other people who go through the McDonalds across the street. There are many friendly people who live in the apartment and it is very easy to develop friendships and mutual respect for each ...Full review of Avalon Apartments

Not that bad - The other person who wrote a review before is rude and based on their comments, is the actual redneck. Personally, the location is really great if you're looking to be around the fun and exciting Capitol Hill area. I have hardly noticed the sirens in my few months of living here and even though it is noisy, if you're used to the city-sound, it shouldn't be a problem. ...Full review of Pine Street Apartments

One of the better finds in the area - In a nutshell, Cherry Hill is a decent place to live. It´s not perfect, but what apartment complex is? The grounds are pretty well kept and have some beautiful flowering plants, especially in the spring; there is plenty of parking and the lot is well lit at night. They allow pets, including dogs of all sizes, which I think is wonderful and gives it a ´neighborhood´ feel to the ...Full review of Cherry Hill Apartments

These apartments are run by a slum lord. - Granted - although most tenants living there are disabled or low income, the only way that the Mirrorwood apartments could recieve a rating of 100%, would be the result of paying this site for advertising, or there are no past tenants living.

The current owner Sylvia will hang up on anyone who challenges the facts. She is very clear that expenses to maintain the property are not ...Full review of Mirrorwood Apartments

Very Crappy! - My boyfriend and I moved into the Palladian Apartments last summer. The building manager is very friendly. The building was built in the 1920's so it's very old. Our windows whistle all the time, it's very cold, the water bill is outstanding, hard to find parking, no utilities included, and the maintenence is very poor. The windows are continuously growing mold and the "repair girl" ...Full review of Palladian Apartments
