if you will not get a deposit back - I was a maintenace person for this apartment complex and I had to pay a deposit first and last months rent plus the regular deposit. When my wife and moved out we were charged more than our deposit also they kept my last paycheck to cover the so called damages. I had to turn them into Labor and industries to get my final pay check from them.
