Great if you like getting your things stolen - A previous review said that you have to park your car in the alley if the lot is full. You can do that, but I know of two cars have been stolen from there. Also your packages will be left at your door by UPS while you are at work and when you come home one of your neighbors will have stolen your package for you. Someone stole clothes from the laundry room a few months ago. You can't leave ...Full review of McGuire Court Apartments

Dirty and Rude Staff - I lived here for one year during my undergrad at UW. We lived on the top floor and ran into numerous problems. There is mold EVERYWHERE. It doesn't really seem like they properly take care of it, instead, they just paint over it. I got sick very often while living here and the doctor attributed it to my living space. The carpets are dirty, the windows are moldy, and the blinds ...Full review of Pacific Sunrise Apartments

good view, location - Manager was nice, neighbors were nice, only bummer was street parking but I guess I could have shelled out some money to park in a garage...the view from my apartment was awesome..corner unit of top floor, lots of space for a studio, full shower/bath, right in the free bus zone. easy walk to pike place market, pioneer square, public library...close to broadway. easy ...Full review of Ticino Apartments

S*&t Hole! - I HATED living here. The manager was horrible-she always had an attitude and was NEVER in the office. The ground floor apartments have a pest problem-ants, spiders, flies!!!!!! My sink flooded and the manager did nothing about it because she said she was out of town with the maintenance man (EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A NOTE SAYING HE WOULD BE THERE). The neighbors above me constantly made ...Full review of Hidden-Creek Village

Tentative Recommendation - I've been a tenant of San Marino Apartments for about 5 years (going on 6 if I renew this month). In that time, there have been three different on-site apartment managers, and the rental office (Gibraltar, LLC) moved from an office on the 1st floor of the building to downtown Seattle. I've had a few issues with management in the past, but a few phone calls and ...Full review of San Marino Apartment

Ridiculous Charges - Upon moving in, management would not negotiate with me on when I could begin my lease. I could not move in until mid-month. I had to pay the full month because "they didn't want a gap in rent payments" The move-in date was then pushed back because they weren't finished cleaning/painting/whatever. I lived there for over a year, never missed a rent payment. When it came ...Full review of Northpark Village Apartments

bottom feeders - This place is one thing and one thing only: a cheap place to live. Do not expect anything whatsoever from management. You will be lucky to get a repair in under a month, apparently clothes has been stolen from the tiny laundry room, parking sucks, etc. The management are expert slum lords. Noisy, smelly, and in disrepair. ...Full review of Capitola Apartments Incorporated
