If you are considering this place, Consider NOT! - We lived in the Mosaic for one year. It took the manager 4 months to get our number into the outside buzzer, and 5 times of us asking, and on the 5th time demanding because we had a visitor coming that did not have a cell phone to call us when they got there. We had to slip a note under the door 2 of the times asking her, including the final time because she was NEVER in her office. We ...Full review of Mosaic

terrible management - I lived at cambridge square for a couple of years. If you have children, do not rent here, they will pick on you and your kids constantly. The last year that I lived there, they raised my rent over 200.00 (in one year). The manager is rude and talks badly about tenants to other tenants. I would never live here again unless management was replaced. The apartments and grounds themselves ...Full review of Cambridge Square South

absolute worst - this building is disgusting. I was lucky enough to have one of the nice apartments in the building, but I still had to deal with an overwhelming moth and flea infestation, rampant mold, a neighbor who beat his girlfriend and dogs on a regular basis, and one one occasion, I was mugged in the lobby. Every morning residents are treated to a fresh pile of dog feces on urine in the ...Full review of San Juan

Quiet location and building, but landlord is rude and maintence makes themselves at home - The landlord is pretty unprofessional and quite rude. One very rudely worded memo was given to all tenants written, in an extremely condescending way, insinuating people were too stupid to recycle properly. This was the first letter I had seen talking about any problems with the recycling. Any conversations I had with him seemed to merely be a bother. I've had a couple of maintenance ...Full review of Casa Ladaro Apartments

Seems like a deal but isn't worth the nightmare - Beware.
The location is great, the units look okay, but you will likely regret your move.
My problems began right away with ants invading my kitchen a few days after I moved in. I hadn't even unpacked.
For a while I thought that would be all, but then it rained, a seal broke, and a puddle drained into my first floor apartment. They were pretty good about getting ...Full review of Plymouth Newton Apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE - Charbern - I live in the Charbern Inn, which is next door to the Charbern Apartments. It's the same management and company (Epic Realtors). When I moved in, I signed a 6 month lease and, with 2 months left, I am counting the days until I can get out of here! We each have our own rooms, but we share common spaces. The first problem is that the roommates are not screened in any ...Full review of Charbern Apartments

Good for the money - Look, if you want a modern penthouse with a concierge, this isn't your pick. But if you want a cheap place with character and affordability, you can't beat the Downtowner. It's blocks from Puget Sound, right next to Chinatown and Qwest Field, and a short walk to Seattle's Downtown and Pioneer Square. So right off the bat, you've got location. Location, location... and mainly location. - It has it's good points... The location is great. You couldn't ask for better. On the other hand you better like the smell of wet dog because if you ever ride the elevator that is what you will smell. The stairs are a little better but it's pet friendly so it's a trade off. If you have any sensitivity to smoke you might be bothered. You will smell smoke during the summer from the ...Full review of Maple Leaf

This place has gone down hill - I've lived here since October 2005, basically 3 managers ago now. With the newest manager, our car has been broken into twice in 2 months. The first time, the outer door lock was broken to the 'secure' parking garage. About 8 cars were broken into. Today our car was broken into today. There was nothing to take so they broke an extra window for good measure. We ...Full review of Jefferson Court Apartments
