DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!! - There are by far more bad things to say than good things. I'll start with the parking situation. They charge way to much for the spaces. Also the managers take up at least 5 spaces in the lower garage with junk, such as old furniture that is left behind by the tenants or that they buy and try to resell. The Managers (John and John) often have garage sales in the lower garage to try to ...Full review of Belmont Court Apartments

NO. - This place is terrible. Sure, it has a great location, being so close to campus and the ave, but its not worth it to have to deal with the management. they are cheap, conniving, and doing things under the table that have horrified me. moving in, i saw the landlord painting over mold in one of the apartments. staying here is a health risk, and over the course of six ...Full review of Washington Square Apartments

this USED to be the sweetest place and best deal in downtown - but the new managers have made the environment pretty base, and the way they handle problems or any kind of issues makes an intelligent reasonable person cringe. the former manager, while no angel, assured that everyone felt a part of the community as a whole. i would liken this to being a part of a large extended family where you didn't necessarily like everyone in the ...Full review of Atwood Apartments

used to be great, now is very bad!!! - I've lived in the Park Manor apartments off and on for quite a few years, and I have to agree with the pevious review; that the deck (when usable) is fantastic, but has now been locked for weeks and the west facing apartments have amazing views. The new building manager is hard to communicate with; he never returns phonecalls unless promted by Cornell and Associates. He shouted at a ...Full review of Park Manor Apartments

management - I have been living at the Barton Court Aparments for four years now going for five this september. The prices for this place is insane. I myself live in a 2 bedroom and I am paying 945 dollars worth of rent. Nothing is done about noise issue, no carpets are never put in when asked, things go missing when there are "fire inspections" going on. Overall I do not recommend this place. ...Full review of Barton Court

Poorly Managed & Maintained. - I've lived at Cinebar for almost two years as well. I really liked it at first- low rent, large apartment, good location. Then management started shifting, and with that the quality of living went way down. The grounds are ridiculously poorly maintained, laundry facilities are a joke, and since the newest on-site "manager" has joined us it seems like all the ...Full review of Cinebar

Overpriced, good staff, hot and loud - I have lived here over a year and overall it has met my needs of a safe place to live in an area of town where I can walk to things. The building itself is really hot in the summer though (and not just this year) but it is often too loud outside to want to open your windows. By loud I mean buses going by every 10 minutes, delivery trucks, construction noise, constant cars going down ...Full review of La Vie at Queen Anne

Hated it! - I lived in the garbage complex for 6 months. They have no assigned parking so if you come home after 6pm or so... plan on walking across the complex to your house because ALL of the close parking is taken. If I ever came home late I would have to RUN to my apartment with my keys in my hand and ready to open my door and lock it immediately! I had a drug dealer that lived downstairs from me and ...Full review of Willow Lake Apartments
