will screw you over - having lived in two different units in the building i can say that of the apartments i lived in in capitol hill this is the absolute worst. the management company puts no work or expense into maintenance yet periodically raises the rent to preposterous levels. don't expect to ever see your deposit back or to deal with rp management at a rational, respectful manner, as they are quite ...Full review of La Villa

The apartments are nice, BUT..... - I'll make this clear from the beginning, I have not lived in this complex, but a very close friend of mine does. She lives alone with her three children there, and it is honestly pretty damn scary sometimes. I spend quite a few evenings a week with her and her family, and there is CONSTANT comings and goings in the next apartment over. My suspicion is drugs. Nice. All that ...Full review of Hunt Club Apartments

Keep looking !! - I moved out of this place in October '07. I'm still getting electric bills because the flaky manager can't seem to take me off the resident list. It's now December 31, 2007 and I just received another electric bill for $41.18. The manager paid the last bill, late, but did not acknowledge that I had moved out in October. She told the electric company I didn't ...Full review of Sky Harbour Terrace

Total LACK of Competent Management - Management has consistently disappointed year after year. When tentants call to fix things in the apartments (leaky windows during rainy season, broken blinds, irresponsible dog owners, loud drunken conversations in alley, towing not enforced - people park all over the place) they say they'll take care of, and tenants have to keep hounding them for a follow through. They ...Full review of 5th & Roy

Very Poor - Halmar apts are overpriced by about $250 per month based on apartments in Seattle of comprable quality. Walls are paper-thin and the management has no regard for who moves into the building (i.e. druggies, drunks, wife beaters), creating a very noisy atmosphere. They allow 4 people to live in the 1br apartment above me and create countless disturbances until the wee hours of the ...Full review of Halmar

It use to be cool - when i first moved in the charming atmosphere and the friendly nieghbours made up for the fact the the place had flaws. The thin walls, mysterious stain on the ceiling and scary locking bathroom door were all overlooked since The manager use to be awsome and while she didnt always get things done you knew why. Now under new management the building has stayed in the same ------ condition, ...Full review of Consulate Apartments
