Highland Crest Apartments

1205 Queen Anne Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109

09/22/08 by anonymous: After spending a year in this building I regret having to write such a negative review. Overall, the building itself is quite charming and in a great location. Sadly, this building (and several others run by Glacier) are going through renovations and are being supported by a staff that is either inexperienced, overworked or just incompetent. Its probably just a combination of all more

Saxe Apartments in Ravenna

2402 NE 65th Street, Seattle, WA 98115

02/19/13 by anonymous: This place looks nice at first, but the fixtures are cheap and the noise insulation is terrible. We never got any help when things went wrong and found the company difficult to deal with. Our upstairs neighbors were always running (stomping) around and we could hear traffic from 65th day and night. The gas station next door is also very noisy, which we underestimated when we moved in. more

Park Terrace Apartments

11020 16th Ave Sw, Seattle, WA 98146

03/20/14 by anonymous: Horrible place to live. Cars are stolen, broken into. Repairs are not made in a timely fashion, loud and noisy all of the time. Drugs, booze more

3539 27th Pl W, Seattle, WA 98199

02/12/13 by anonymous: Brittany you deserve a raise! Thank you so much for making my move from out-of-state so simply. Your team you have in place at Hillcrest has made this difficult move for me a lot less stressful. I appreciate all the extra time you spent with me, and all the time on the phone I know I was the biggest pain ever but thank you! more

Barton Court

9021 35th Avenue Southwest, Seattle, WA 98126

09/16/14 by I have been trying to get in touch with the manager, Max for over a year since moving out of this community. This is ridiculous. It was hard enough trying to get a hold of him when I lived there. Not only this but, my apartment was robbed by someone in the building while he had a contractor in my apartment to do pest control for silverfish and the contractor left my door open all day. No deposit more

Marvin Gardens

09/21/06 by I have lived here for 7 months and I love living in Belltown. The apartments are being renovated and will be all new in a few months. more

The Del Roy Apartments

25 West Roy Street, Seattle, WA 98119

08/19/09 by anonymous: I've lived at Del Roy for about 8 months and honestly couldn't be happier. The location is great..plenty of bars/restaurants and it's right on the bus line. Parking can tough but for street-only it really isn't that bad, there is enough zone parking that 90% of the time i'm within a block or in front of the building. The manager is very friendly and quick. I had one more

The Bristol Apartments

1626 13th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98122

05/23/14 by anonymous: HORRIBLE! Worst living experience ever! Building was sold a few months back and all the current tenants are being forced out when lease expires due to $500 plus a month rent increase. All so they can "remodel" the units and they re-rent them for over $1700.00. Trust me! This place isn't worth squat even with a remodel. All they are doing is ripping out the carpet and replacing more

Tyee Apartments

4115 Brooklyn Avenue NE, Seattle, WA 98105

11/19/07 by anonymous: My boyfriend and I live in these apartments and love it. We haven't had to deal with the owners and wev'e been here over a year. The managers are so nice and one time our hot water tank brokeand the manager was really genuin and had someone to to it in 10 minutes. It's never noisy and wev'e never had one problem with the neighbors. We plan on living here at least another year. The more

3240 15th Avenue West C1-C121, Seattle, WA 98109

08/01/10 by I lived at the Cinebar for three years. The rent went up 20 percent EVERY year - from 665.00 to 995.00. There was black mold in most of the units, and any mangement we got, (there were frequent changes - 6 total in three years), did as little with the maintenance and grounds as possible. The laundry was filthy and left unlocked. Often homeless people would do their laundry and drink more
