The Del Roy Apartments

25 West Roy Street, Seattle, WA 98119

08/19/09 by anonymous: I've lived at Del Roy for about 8 months and honestly couldn't be happier. The location is great..plenty of bars/restaurants and it's right on the bus line. Parking can tough but for street-only it really isn't that bad, there is enough zone parking that 90% of the time i'm within a block or in front of the building. The manager is very friendly and quick. I had one more

02/12/13 by anonymous: Brittany you deserve a raise! Thank you so much for making my move from out-of-state so simply. Your team you have in place at Hillcrest has made this difficult move for me a lot less stressful. I appreciate all the extra time you spent with me, and all the time on the phone I know I was the biggest pain ever but thank you! more

The Bristol Apartments

1626 13th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98122

05/23/14 by anonymous: HORRIBLE! Worst living experience ever! Building was sold a few months back and all the current tenants are being forced out when lease expires due to $500 plus a month rent increase. All so they can "remodel" the units and they re-rent them for over $1700.00. Trust me! This place isn't worth squat even with a remodel. All they are doing is ripping out the carpet and replacing more

Tyee Apartments

11/19/07 by anonymous: My boyfriend and I live in these apartments and love it. We haven't had to deal with the owners and wev'e been here over a year. The managers are so nice and one time our hot water tank brokeand the manager was really genuin and had someone to to it in 10 minutes. It's never noisy and wev'e never had one problem with the neighbors. We plan on living here at least another year. The more

West Hill

4203 Southwest Hill Street, Seattle, WA 98116

05/22/12 by anonymous: The West Hill apartment complex is unsanitary, unsafe, and poorly kept. I moved into this apartment building excited to live in the admiral district and be in close proximity to my place of employment. When moving in I found my living quarters unsanitary even though I had been promised a clean apartment upon arrival and payed a non-refundable cleaning fee. Upon move in, I suffered from more

1000 1st Avenue West

1000 1st Avenue West, Seattle, WA 98119

10/01/13 by renter67932864987: Apartment manager is useless and fails to address basic issues. The sink and the toilet have been leaking for months. Neighbor chain smokes in front of my apartment window for hours on end. When I requested the owners contact information in order to try to get some of these issues addressed the manager refused to provide contact details. more

07/05/12 by anonymous: terrible place to live, mold covered apartments and no maint. services. broken appliances and landlord wont replace, wont replace carpet, or do any updates.. this landlord is a slumlord, and I would not recommend living here. pets are not allowed even though almost all tenants have pets more

2345 Franklin Avenue E

2345 Franklin Avenue E, Seattle, WA 98102

11/13/05 by anonymous: I lived there 8 months ago and only stayed till the lease ran out. HE IS THE WORSE OWNER. As the others wrote, he does NOTHING. My son and I scrubbed mildew off of every wall the place was filty when we moved in and his excuse was the last tenant. I'm sure he charged the last tenant. I also know he ran his electity off of my apartment where he use to live. Things were always breaking more

2921 East Madison Street

2921 East Madison Street, Seattle, WA 98112

08/15/13 by anonymous: The experience of living here was awful. The walls were so thin that you could hear normal volume conversations next door. Ventilation was so poor that I had to start showering exclusively at the gym, rather than deal with mold. The management is insane, especially Ridge (which is apparently short for "Rigid and Unyielding"). Rather than having a biannual walk-through, he would more
