Jesus Wouldn't Want to Live Here cuz management might not 'like' him. - First AME AKA Bryant Manor Apartments on 18th and Yesler once upon a time was a nice place to live. The FAME Church hired a management company to manage the tenants in their apartments. This is all well and good if the heads of the management company are able to live peaceably among other people. However, if management does not want to live peaceably or if they 'don't like you' ...Full review of First Ame Church Housing

3 day mega-construction notice - Three days before Thanksgiving, 2008, we received a communique detailing the massive construction project about to be undertaken, with a duration of 7 months. Lost use of our balcony, fireplace, and about 40% of our floor space due to this. I have been woken up by noise or crew members in my apartment as early as 7:30 am daily, but have never been been allowed to ...Full review of Summit View

APT MANAGEMENT MAYHEM!!! - Promises of a new stove... Forget it! If you need anything fixed, plan on doing it yourself! The manager of the building is a large large large LARGE woman who has her grandkids show apts for her because she can't get up and down the stairs easily because of some kind of hip problem. She lives in the building and will say anything to get you into a unit. The apts are great and have so ...Full review of Snowdon

Mold-ridden stink hole - Where to begin? This apartment building is even worse than it´s outward appearance. Apartments are jail cell small, with cement walls to match the correctional facility decor. Lack of ventilation is a MAJOR problem, allowing mold to accumulate in the bathrooms. On the brighter side, there are many species of mold, providing many colors to break the monotony of the usual off-white. Then ...Full review of Village Manor Apartments

- These are apartments for seniors. I believed you must be over 65 to live there. My grandma has lived there for almost 20 years, and her opinion differs. The managemnet at times can be too stressed out or over worked to care enough to help them with any maintenance or repairs that need to done. The management also cut the cords that alert the office when one of the residents needs attendance ...Full review of Chancery Place Apartments

AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - This place, by far, was the worst place I have ever stayed. EVER. Where should I begin...?
I lived with my fiancee in this place for a year before we got married. Our space was large, but the carpet was old, and there was only two windows-- one in our bedroom and the sliding glass door. So it was dark and depressing. Just across the street is the train tracks, so day ...Full review of Magnolia Manor

Management, what management - This is a small complex, which used to be well run. However, in the last year there have been three different managers, each worst than the last. Management is only on site two days a week and then only from 10:00am to 5:00pm. You have a better chance of seeing Christ than these jokers. ...Full review of Jackson Park Apartments

Look elsewhere. - My family has lived in this building for over 15 years. It has only gone downhill, in both the location and in and the services given to us by the property owners at "Royal Property Management." They own 3 buildings in the area including Meadowbrook in Richmond Beach/Shoreline, Park Meridian near Northgate and Brittany Court in Everett, WA. I would steer away from ANY ...Full review of 45 North Apartments

insane apartment manager - You don't want to live here unless you want to live with an insane manager on site with his equally weird cronie "assistant manager". The whole time I lived here I felt like I was being watched and was overwhelmed by the number of passive aggressive nitpicky signs he posted all the time. It was always with the personal accusations of leaving the back door open and other people living ...Full review of John Wallice Apartments

Renters Beware - Continues to raise rental prices. In the past year rent has been raised over $350.00! Mold and ant problems continue after more than four attempts. Horrible insulation, espcially in the bedrooms. Would not recommend to a friend or anyone else, renters beware. ...Full review of Blanchet Apartments
