not anymore - maintenance is lacking. no onsite manager means that things take forever to get fixed. I will be moving out shortly, and I expect that the management will try to make me pay for the normal wear and tear. This place used to be OK, but new owners usually means that apartments go downhill. 4 years ago every unit was full, now there are 5 or 6 open units. The Giant VACANCY sign on the top ...Full review of Greenlake Vista

Schenkar Apartments

Don't do it! - This apartment is located on a busy road and is very loud. You can hear the traffic on 25th street and the traffic on Ravenna pl. You can also hear your neighbors conversations. The landlord does not respond to calls very quickly it often takes several days. Many of the outlets are so old that they only have 2 holes instead of the normal 3! The rent was raised by $75 when we left! ...Full review of Schenkar Apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! - I lived at the Lake Terrace Apartments for approximately one year and I had a horrible experience and I would not recommend living there under any conditions. I met the owner of the building and she seemed like a very nice older woman. I thought the apartment was reasonably priced and in a good location. However, there were warning signs. The first is the owner is incredibly secretive. She ...Full review of Lake Terrace Apartments

Horrible apartments - I hated living here. It was a total nightmare. First of all they're just ugly, and for the price, give me a break!!! They're really small, and there is no storage at all. The noise from my neighbors was insane, and I didn't feel safe here at all. They didn't allow pets which was stupid, and the managers live there so you always feel like you're being watched. A water ...Full review of Henry House Apartments

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! - I found the First Hill Apartments to be totally unlivable--even for a short-term stay. The rooms were NOT kept up well at all and the beds were hard as a rock. The rooms also looked and smelled dirty, the couches were worn and grimy and the furniture was really old and not well-cared for. There were a lot of other problems too--like closets that were off the track, stained & burned upholtery ...Full review of First Hill Apartments

Cute apartments, scary landlord - I lived here last year. It was a really cute apartment, but the landlord was awfully creepy. It was pretty quiet despite being a block from Aurora. Parking was usually good, 'cept Friday and Saturday nights. ...Full review of B Hill Apartments

Ant infestations - The ants have taken over these apartments. They EVENTUALLY get around to having an exterminator come, after you suffer for a few months, and the ants always return, & you again have to report the problem & once again have to wait a long time before anything is done. These apartments were built in the early 1950s &have not been maintained. Check out the appliances carefully. Very ...Full review of Seward Park Court Apartments
