Terrible management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   People who manage this apartment are very incompetent. They blame it on "computer error" when they mistakenly not process your rent payment (even though you paid on time), and leave harrassing messages on your answering machine. Do they even apologize when they discover that it was a mistake' Never! Not only are they incompetent, but they are also stupid. They threaten to raise the rent via phone if you do not renew the lease..... then when you point out the fact that they are responsible for issuing a 30-day written notice of rent raise to tenants, they completely freak out and says "oh, we won't raise the rent at this time then." They must think tenants are just clueless. They also do not call you back on time (matter of fact, never!), no follow ups on maintenance request or request for additional parking, or complaints on your neighbors. I would NEVER live here again... it's a shame because everything else about this place is great.
