Dont waste your money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   What can you say when the owners go through 3 managers in less than 6 months' Yukky.... Keith is the new manager, is limp and acts put out on most interactions. In my 10yrs of renting this is the only place where you feel like you are bothering the manager every time you interact with him (Keith). The place is centrally located, but for 2.50$/square foot of an apartment this is far from a bargain. Dont even think about getting another parking space - they wont give you a discount, rather they will charge you more for the second one! How assinine is that' No ammenities, absolutely nothing. This place is nice looking but beneath its skin its a rip off.
