worst managment ever From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/23/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I lived at 700 broadway for 6 mo and I had 4 different managers. Just when you get use to one manager they fire them. I think for as much as the tennants are paying they should have more emmenities. You not only pay extra to park in the parking grage 75.00 to be exact, on top of your 1300.00 rent but you have no air conditioning, utilities, and you have to pay a fourtune for internet acess. The other thing you might want to know the elevator sucks. It is always broken or there is some kind of problem. Basicly dont waste your money. You could buy a house for what you are going to pay at 700 Broadway.
