Livng at 700 Broadway can't be beat. My one bedroom has a gorgeous huge kitchen with lots of cabinets, and I could just about live in my bathroom it's so roomy and luxurious.
I have chemical allergies so I was happy to find out they use low VOC paints here, and their carpet are a high-quality wool felt, none of that cheapy synthetic stuff.
I walk just about everywhere - groceries, park, post office, library, movie theater. Joe Bar is a great community coffee shop that serves a great cup and is housed in the historic Loveless building right across from us.
I've lived in other locations on Capitol Hill, and I've got to say, this one has them all beat. Being at the north end, right on the edge of the residential and commercial means you get it all - quiet, and urban. I'm here for the long haul.
Oh yeah, and I got here 1.5 years ago, I guess right after all the rocky management changes. The managers (a very nice couple) have been here ever since I have, they're doing a great job making this place a great place to live. I'm here for the long haul.
