Great place, reasonable and responsive managers From: kbriden Date posted: 11/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   We lived at 700 Broadway for just over a year and had a great experience. We only moved from the building because we needed more space - otherwise we would have stayed. Having lived at four managed apartments over the last five years through graduate school and relocating to Seattle, I would rate our time at 700 Broadway as the very best. The apartments were clean and painted when we moved in, we felt safe in the building and our service calls were always handled quickly. The onsite managers were also always pleasant to deal with when we saw them. The location was great and our apartment was very quiet (third floor on the back of the building). I would highly recommend 700 Broadway to anyone!
