Gotta like the dogs!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001   Great manager and dog owners are treated like normal tenants - no glares or scowls from dog hating residents. Rent's okay for the location - manager really works with you on parking and the price for parking is great. Noise from Cornish band practice and a rental hall up the street can be overwhelming in the evenings. And the utility split is messed up. Overall, though, I had a positive experience, credit to the manager.
