Alcyone Apartments

Nice building From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I lived there for one year. No problem with neighbors or management (they were better than what I expected). Parking sucks though plenty of parking space on the streets which is hard to find in Seattle. They charge too much for parking for this part of the city ($85 a month). Neighborhood is not a very good one and someone broke into leasing office once on a weekend. Price is a bit too high but building is very nice. I lived in McGuire Apartments and I liked this place better but you pay for it. One thing I didn't like about this building was the elevator. Very slow.
