nice, but jack up the rent From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I had a friend live at the Alcyone for a year. He said it was nice and quiet (except when the window was open during the summer). There's a garage below, though the spaces are pretty tight and bit hard to navigate. From he said be prepared to move out after the end of your lease b/c they really jack up the rent! It does seem a bit pricey in general though. He didn't see any problems with the neighborhood.
