good value, good neighborhood From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Hands down this is a great value for the neighborhood. You get free parking, free month's rent, and free storage. Let me start with the storage though. Mary says that if you ever have issues you can just call her and she will sort it out. Of course this isnt always the case. Some tenants abuse a locker that must be shared by five or so. Overall mgmt team is unattentive, but the apt is a great value.
