Great Place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/9/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   Alki Beach properties manages several older apartment buildings on Alki (all apts. on Alki are older). They are reasonably priced, almost all include parking, and are in a great location. Than management and maintenance team at Alki Beach Properties is outstanding. They are friendly, understanding and most importantly, responsive. Even the smallest maintenance concerns are addressed immediately which is hard to find in a management company. Also, my building survived the earthquake with no damage. Absolutely nothing moved.
