Low Quality From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/3/2001 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   2731 60th Ave SW is a building with multiple problems. Most important, the walls are very thin and you can hear all of your neighbors on both sides. The Apt. is fairly outdated with cheap carpet, moldy window fixtures, mold in the drywall and the plumbing has had several leaks. I lived there for about 8 months and wish I never did. One positive, the management is very nice and were responsive to my needs except for the mold issues....Its loud and old!
