General Comments - Long Time Resident From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/22/2005 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2005   Alki Beach Properties administrative staff still has what most of us would clasify as that "personalable, mom and pop" feel to them. However, the same can not be said about the maintenance of the facilities. While initial response may be "ok" the appropreateness of the the actual repair or its timing to complete the task is usually left to the birds. One should always remember that this is a business, and business is in business to maximize profits. This would explain why most of there properties have the "lost in the seventies, fifties, forties...look" to them.
