Noisey and Pricey but Great Location From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/16/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000   Rented in this place with a room-mate--we were both graduate students at U of WA. We were one of the first folks to move in. The Allegro gives you this feeling like you just got a wonderful diamond--until it melts. The place has a beautiful ambiance and outer decorating but I found the construction to be rather cheap. The floors/ceiling sound insulation is horrible. We had severe noise problems with both our upstairs and downstairs neighbors. Storage is minimal (very little closet space). Management was nice enough but not very helpful when you have problems. That having been said, the location and the view were great and the place was fairly clean and secure, but it was very expensive.
