I lived in the Allegro while in college. Close to UW, with a nice, big deck and a good-size bathroom. But, not the safest neighborhood and the manager didn't upgrade with cameras or do anything to protect the tennants. The parking garage is a nightmare! Roomates must use tandem parking (one behind the other in an extra-long space), which was very inconvienent. My bike was stolen and my car was broken into while in the underground, remote-entry garage. I reported both incidents to the manager; when I asked about getting cameras set up in the garage she told me that driving a nice car meant I was taking a major chance at having it broken into. I guess it was my fault my stereo was stolen' I moved to the other side of campus at the end of my lease and would have moved earlier if I could have afforded it!
