Unresponsive management, thin walls

The apartment is nice, but not for the money. I had problems with a poorly functioning dryer. I asked management to fix the problem several times, but they did not respond for weeks on end. When they finally checked the machine, they stated that there is nothing they can do about it short of replacing the unit. They were not willing to replace the unit, though.
I also had problem with a dripping water pipe. Again, took nearly a month to respond to it. Did not have it fixed by the time I moved out.
The walls are very thin, and there are many younger students in the building. I had to make noise complaints several times at 3 in the morning, however I could only resort to leaving messages (since no apartment managers are available at that time...even at their "24-hour" number).
Overall, not a bad apartment complex, but management is third rate and not worth the money.
