Highly recommend From: bdearnest@excite.com Date posted: 3/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   We rented a short term apartment for two months in the summer of 2006. The apartment was small, however it met all our needs and then some. The building was quiet, the resident manager and the staff were very responsive to our requests. The location was excellent with easy access to UW and many great restaurants. The neighborhood was great for walking. The Allegro came highly recommended by previous short term renters and in turn we recommended it to other people we met needing short term housing. The long term renters we met were friendly and quiet. The roof top area offered good views of Lake Union and the Seattle skyline.
