Aloha House Apartments

Not so fast... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Yes, some of the apartments have nice views, and the rents are reasonable. However, the place needs lots of work. It's a very noisy building. I can hear everything in the apt below me, next to me, etc., even when my neighbor simply closes his kitchen cabinet door. I can hear music from my downstairs neighbor as though his stereo is in my room, and this is when his music is at a reasonable sound level. There is something weird about the acoustics in the building. My cabinets basically look like they have not been updated in 20-30 years, no exaggerating. They do not latch properly are all scratched up. Same with the bathroom fixtures and the closets. Overall, the building needs renovation and remodeling. Oh yeah, and since I have lived here, a few cars were broken into.
