If you have ever been to a dive hotel, this place will bring back memories. Dark hallways with flickering lights, hand-me-down lobby furniture, rank apartments, unstable elevator. The amount of upkeep in this building is lacking. This appears to be someone holding onto land waiting for the economy to come back and not putting any money into it. The roof is littered with antennas (for that extra profit margin) while resulting in potential high levels of radiation for the tenants. The neighborhood is horrendous, bums walk the street from halfway house to halfwayhouse. With hospitals all around you can expect to hear a barrage of ambulances at all hours of the night. Do your self a favor and dont end your search here!
