	yes, in the past amesbury had problems. it is under new management and has cleaned up. the new manager is on the ball. he gets things done. it is very quiet and nice to live here

	Manager is an alcoholic and has anger problems. Grounds (inside AND OUT) ARE FILTY, untrimmed, carpets, elevators stinky and graffitied, garage dirty abd oily, lights not replaced in a timely manner...and the list continues. Things used to be neat, orderly, ... more
