Points to Consider

This place is well maintained. There a few things that could be improved but not many. 1) Since its animal friendly there are times when neighbors don't pick up after their pets --- one pile sat in the garage for several weeks before my husband finally picked it up (we don't have a dog) 2) If you're looking at apartments on the south side, think twice. The building across the street has a VERY noisy garage door and tenants that come and go at all hours. 3) Recently there was an incident in the garage where several cars were broken into; although not the only building in the area where this occured - we were told. Since tenants pay at least $100/month, the tightly spaced garage could use better security (read that as security cameras at minimum). 4) At Christmas a large screen TV was stolen from the first floor JAVA Cafe which took several weeks to have replaced. 5) Although Seattle doesn't often get hotter that 80 , please note this facility does not have air conditioned units. That means your windows will be open in the summer months to City noises.
Generally, communication by the management is good. It'd be nice to have a bulletin board or something like that where tenants could exchange information.
I give the place 4 & 1/2 stars.
