I can't wait till my lease is up. I really can't stand it hear. I think the leasing agents are cold hearted people who don't give a damn about anything. Except for two people, (you know who you are) actually one left. But this place is over priced and nothing is close by, if you do walk to the places in the area you will notice that they have apartments above them, why doesn't amli have anything below it''' I should have never moved here and now I'm paying for my mistake.

I transferred to this Amli building and it was the worst mistake ever. This location is not good, Amli 535 is right in the middle of a Homeless shelter, a Low-income/section 8 housing unit, a Juvenile hall, and two abandoned houses that are regularly broken into. Wow, great location''' I don't think so. I'm sorry but if I'm paying 1800 to live here, I EXPECT a lot.

The retail space has never been rented and never will be, what do you expect for 80k per month''' I wouldn't rent it either, BAD location, and what kind of company would spend that per month in this location''' its no wonder why its never been rented. Most cafes don't make that per month, how would they pay for this space'''

Parking sucks here. P1 is now "first come first served" parking and they say they wont rent all the spaces in case some one doesn't park right, but it seems that they forgot. If you try to park after 6pm you will not find an easy space to park in. That and the spaces are small to begin with. And hard to back up and turn around in most spaces. Oh yeah, a couple weekends ago a couple cars were broken into on P2.

The Java Cafe is a joke. The flat screen TV was stolen TWICE! TWICE! How does that happen''' and who are my neighbors''' and no more free coffee. The latte machine cost 50 cents to a dollar for most drinks. cool, but I rarely have cash on me. The Java cafe doesn't even have a STOVE or Oven! How am I supposed to cook the turkey for thanks giving day for all my family and friends' No conference room. Not that I need to use one. It does have WIFI, good if you don't have your own internet.

The Gym is ok. Most apartment gyms suck, but at least they have two treadmills, along with other stuff. These kind of gyms are only good for the occasional worker-outer. But I do like the floor to ceiling mirrors. and the treadmills have TV's attached to them.

The business center sucks. They have two computers and one monochrome laser printer, which you would think would be nice, except there is never any paper or ink when you need to print. And if by chance there is, the printer only works with ONE computer so if someone is using that computer you have to wait until they are done using it. I found this out when I first moved in. The manager said she would have that fixed, its been almost a year now and it still isn't fixed.

The Rooftop deck is a fire hazard. Another thing that hasn't been fixed. The gas fireplace doesn't have glass doors attached to it. When I first moved in, it was only missing one, they said they were going to fix it, well almost 1 year later, both doors are missing. People always sit near it and forget to turn it off. One time I went up there at night to walk my dog it was on and when I came up the next morning, the fireplace was STILL on! The garden areas are not nice at all. I have been touring other communities so I know how nice other rooftop decks are. Amli's gardens are a poor excuse of what a garden is supposed to be. The only cool thing is the pet lawn for dogs. It's fake grass but the dogs can't tell the difference. My dog loves it up there. But I can't stay up there too long. It smells bad, my guess is it's from all the dogs going to the bathroom up there.

Finally the apartments... The only thing cool about them is the new appliances. I do also like the hardwood floor in the hallway/kitchen. But honestly you can get so much more and so much nicer apartments for the same price, if you look. I don't hear my neighbors but I wonder if they hear me. I like to yell a lot! But I do hear everyone in the hallway and I even hear the elevator even though its a ways away. OH but if you still want to move here, make sure you don't live on the top floor. If you do you will hear people moving the furniture around, people running, dogs running and everything else that goes on up on the rooftop deck.
