I lived here between 07-08 and other than the really obnoxius alarm it was a really good place to live. The staff was very friendly and professional and would go out of their way to help you. Securitywise i would have to say the problems were caused by some of the tenants. There was usually a lot of noise in the wee hours on the north end of the building and one time the plasma tv was stolen from the club room and it seemed as it may have been one of the tenants. I think it was a little overpriced (these days you can find a place JUST the same for much cheaper). Some of the neighbors seemed kind of snotty and not too friendly, and others would just blatantly sneer at you. I just remembered one more thing that i absolutely HATED! they have a 'secured' entrance which they leave open for all during office hours(throughout the entire day)- so as far as privacy goes dont be surprised when someone you dont want to see shows up at your apartment door on a quiet Sunday afternoon. This reeeallly bugged me and i hope they have changed it by now. A lot of good looking young professionals but some must've had sticks up their butts. With that crowd you find a lot of activity in the halls before 9 and at about 5...Overall ill give 7/10 (the beautiful rooftop view and spacy gym takes a full 2 points).

Fascinating. You don't live there, found the people in the building off putting, the security poor, the rent high, yes having a roof top deck and gym surely compensate for all that!
The place is a college dorm only more expensive with equally incompetent idiots as RA's/Managers. If you are 24 years old this place is for you.
