My family and i have been living here at the appletree for a year now and in that year we have witnessed many many fights in the parking lot 2 shootings which made a innocent family moving out because it was shot in there unit kids play in the parking,the halls have stuff written on rails walls, the parking is hell even if you pay for a parking spot which most times result in people fighting over them,the manager treats the tenants like s****, there are drug addicts every where drug traffic in and out of the place and prositutes in and out also,myself had to clean my unit myself when we moved in because it was not done,some friends of our almost got there unit broken into not that long after moving in one night,theres partys and drinking in the parkinglot during the summer, if the appliances break new ones are taken from empty units,stuff that need to be fixed are not fixed until the very last minute due to the managers lazyiness, oh and the tenants that shot through the unit still live above it, i do and did not feel safe in these apartments at all. The manager is what i call a very very shady women which you can not trust one bit.This place kinda reminds me of the old roxbury projects.If you look up the add for these apartments on craigslist the picture shows a nice apartment but that pic is of the managers place and none of the other ones look like that and they also say a sucure building which is a lie there are not even security cameras at this place if would be to rate these apartments it would have to be a negitve times 2 these are most unsafe apartments i have ever lived at i DO NOT SUGGEST ANYONE TO MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! and is NOT worth the money or time if you know what i mean,my family and friends dont even feel safe to come and visit us here or even pick us up from here we have to walk to the store in order to be picked up by family and friends!!!!!
