Not what it appears to be. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/17/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   It all depends on your neighbors. With inch thin walls your daily sound volume can be troublesome. Parking... is a hassle and the overflow onto the street is filled with broken in cars and gangs. The main issue is that people there don't respect other people. I would not do this unless you had section 8... and needed a nice place for cheap.
