Horrible Place to Live- DO NOT MOVE HERE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/19/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I agree that the looks are deceiving on this place. We only lived there for five months, but during that time, we experienced weekly fire alarms going off, kids running wild and trying to look inside our windows, people fighting all the time... There is broken glass and garbage all over the property. Maintenance does absolutely nothing. Beware upon moving out. Any damage at all, even if it was through no fault of yours, and even if management okay'd it, will be charged to you. There are much better places to live in Seattle. This is not one of them. I almost forgot, the MOLD! It is everywhere. I threw away tons of stuff because it was covered in mold. The walls, the furniture, the bedding. BAD!!!
