In a word, only move here if you are willing to put up with bad service and a revolving door of office staff.
My wife and I have lived here almost a year now (thankfully almost done with our lease), and for the first eight months we didn't have hot water. It didn't seem to matter how many times we complained, they just couldn't seem to make it much of a priority to fix.
Top that off with the lovely neighborhood (Belltown) with all its conveniences, like the plentiful skanky street walkers, crack dealers, and muggings and you have a fine place to live.
