Bad Choice

The staff are semi-incompetent and appear to be selected from among the learning disabled. It has often taken me as much as 10 minutes to communicate the simplest concepts such as, the reason I told you that the repair person is coming today is that I assumed, once you had that information, that you would let him in. I wasn't just chatting randomly; I actually thought you would make use of this information.
Indeed, though they are glibly upbeat when dealing with you as potential tenant, it quickly becomes clear that they have no desire to help or accommodate the people who made the mistake of signing a lease. Nor do they make any effort to sanction neighbors in the building who blast their steroes at midnight, for example. Most of the time, in fact, you can't even get through to the security patrol through the main switchboard once the office has closed for the day.
