Horrible Experience- Very Sneaky Lease Agreement

My boyfriend and I moved into the Wall St. Tower because we were wowed by our 17th floor view and felt the rent with the move-in special was a steal... We came to find out we were getting so much less than we were paying for.
The staff became extremely rude, unhelpful, and unresponsive the second after we signed the lease. Their perky smiles slid into "Now that we have your money, and will continue getting it for the next year, we honestly don't give a crap," mode.
The water in the apartments is brown and cold and the pipes fill the bathroom and kitchen with a moldy sewage stench. At least once a month the water would be completely shut down, and we wouldn't be given notice at all. The faucets leaked relentlessly and after many complaints, no one came to fix it and we were stuck with an insane water bill. Plus, the elevators are broken constantly.
The worst of the worst, however, is that we, and many others, were billed an entire extra month's rent because all leases at the Wall St. Tower roll over to month-to-month leases, despite the fact you sign a contract that says you will not be obligated for anything past your move out date. YOU MUST GIVE 20 WRITTEN NOTICE, THEY WILL NOT WARN YOU, IT'S EXTREMELY SNEAKY, IT'S NOT EXPLAINED, IT'S NOT EVEN CLEAR THIS WILL APPLY TO YOU UNTIL IT'S TOO LATE!! DON'T LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY!!
