You couldnt pay me to live here From: canadachick Date posted: 5/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Even though i still have 4 more months to go on my lease im leaving. i cant stand to be in this hellhole any longer. Continuous construction/renovations, no hot water, broken elevators, dirty brown tap water, "secure" doors that dont close locked, small parking spaces, a gross smell throughought the building, and the worst managers ive ever dealt with. managers really dont care about their tenants - they even reserved 5 of the better-situated parking spaces in the garage for themselves, so much for putting your customers first. plenty of other apartments to choose from in the area
