The head leasing agent is right out of American Beauty... no ethics or integrity. There was a murder in this buiding right after the Simpson Group took it over as they discontinued security. This was a few years ago. After reinstating security, they then cut back the hours so there was nobody around from 2am to 6am. An attempted rape recently during those hours forced them to reinstate the "courtesy patrols" during those hours (or so they claim they will). A car was stolen out ouf the "secure" garage. The elevators, water, and heat are problematic at best. If you get a package from the Postal Service they send it back to the post office downtown as management won't let them hold it for you anymore, this is very inconvenient!
Yes the view is great for some, the maintenance crew works hard in a losing battle, the garden is nice (well except for the dog crap everywhere and the college kids throwing up out the upper windows)...
