Fair Housing Needs to take a Look at this one

Besides all of the other comments from other people that are true( a lot of problems not being taken care of due to inexperienced manager)...there is rent discrimination GOING ON..starting from the elderly..paying up to $300 more for the same size apartment in same location...and the disabled...same thing. When the manager is confronted about safety issues and rent, she smiles and seems accommodating..but she turns around and tries to find something to get rid of those people...(I am not in either classification) I am sick of seeing this happen over and over....I will not renew my lease...
These people are too scared they will be evicted to file a valid complaint with Fair Housing...Wish other people could step in and help..
Yes, and like I agreed above, hot water disappears, or you get scalded and frozen while showering...beer bottles left all over, thefts of cars and equipment around the building...No 24 hour security..people sleeping in lobby...
